The Senator representing Anambra Senatorial District, Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah has escaped an assassination attempt on Sunday in the Enugwu Ukwu area of Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State, News Medal can authoritatively confirm.
While the Senator is believed to be safe, some of his aides including security officers were believed to have been killed by the assassins who attacked his convoy.
The Senator has been one of the lawmakers using his position to seek a better deal for Ndigbo.
